Best Price Moving Buyer Beware!! This is what to expect with Best Pricing Moving experience. Chicago Illinois

I recently used Best Pricing Moving (AKA Best Price Moving & Storage) to relocate my in-laws from Michigan to Florida.  The pick up process went OK despite the movers being 90 minutes late from stated time.  However, somewhere in their transfer process things must have gone horribly wrong.  The drop off delivery was hours late from stated time and many of the boxes arrived damanged, d**n near destroyed.. broken, open, wet, things falling out.  Several boxes were missing all together and several were pillaged through.

When I called Best Price they quickly brushed aside any concern and pointed me to their third party mymoveclaim.com website.  The have no concept or customer service and clearly have no pride in their reputation as a company.

So my advice is THINK TWICE before using Best Price!! Choose a company that cares about their customers, their reputation and your belongings.
