I have been trying to get test results or a refund from this company since mid 2008. In February 2008 I purchased the $379 ELISA test. No results ever received. I've tried to contact the company via email, snail mail, phone and fax and no one responds. I've reported them to the Florida Attorney General's office and have had two different health agencies in Florida try to do something on my behalf. They've gotten no responses either. I just found a web site that tackles internet fraud (via the FBI and NW3C) and I will file with them. Their site can be found here http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx. I suggest everyone who has had problems with Better Control Of Health file too. Perhaps, in numbers, we can all get our money back.

Also, back in 2008, Amazon had no affiliation with this company (Unfortunately). I buy from Amazon all the time and have never had a problem with them. I'm sure that if Amazon had been involved my problem would have been taken care of.

Perhaps this company is now doing business responsibly but it was not in 2008, or in 2010. If my complaint had been the only negative complaint it might be seen as an isolated incident. However, if you research this company you'll see that others had the same problem. Neither of the two agencies located in Florida that tried to assist me were able to help me either. Correspondence sent by them on my behalf was never answered and the company's phone always went directly to an answering machine.
Because I kept waiting for the company to do what they had promised, it was too late when I went to my bank for my bank to do anything. Some of us purchased the blood test kit online, paid hundreds of dollars and never got any test results. If I lived in Florida I would pursue this in person but I live in NY state so that's not an option. I still hope that someone, somewhere will finally be able to get refunds for those of us who have been ripped off but with each passing year I grow less hopeful. Lesson learned the hard way...buyer beware. For those who have not had trouble with this company, I envy you.

A few years back, I read this report before I purchased with Better Control of Health.
Since that time, I have placed 8 orders with this company and have always had a wonderful experience with them.
What motivated me to go ahead and place my first order with Better Control of Health is that I could see they had a top rating with Amazon. (Amazon is who actually charges my credit card each time I placed an on-line order with this company.)
Because of this, I always feel assured my orders are not only protected by my own credit card company, but my orders are also protected by Amazon's buyer protection plan and with Amazon's a-to-z claims program.
What I do not understand is that if anyone ever did have a valid problem with an order with this company, then why would they not have been refunded by either their own credit card company or by Amazon?
Also, if this company was actually doing something wrong, then I am confident they would have been shut down by now.
Whatever a happened to the person who started this report did not happen with me during any of my 8 orders with Better Control of Health and I will likely order with them again with the assurance of knowing my purchases are always protected by both my own credit card company and by Amazon.
A report like this always makes me wonder what both sides of a story are really all about.
In closing, I suggest asking both parties about this report is a wise and mature thing to do before passing judgment or making any uneducated decisions.
