Better Planet Books Sent the wrong book. Would not resolve it. Chattanooga Tennessee

In January I ordered a Nursing Assistants text book for my daughter. I live in Las Vegas, and my daughter is attending school in Kentucky, so I had the book shipped directly to her. A week after ordering, I had received no communication from the seller, letting me know that they had received my order or shipped it. I paid through PayPal, thankfully. I tried to contact the company and all of their phone numbers were disconnected. I filed a claim through PayPal and they finally emailed me with the tracking number. 

My daughter received the book, and it was 2 editions older than I had ordered. I ordered the 7th Edition Nursing book, and they sent the 5th. Contacting them is a nightmare. I finally was able to get a label to return the book, but it was no pre-paid. I had to pay to ship it back to them. It is now March 10th. I have not received a refund, they have stopped returning my emails. I am still in the process of trying to get my refund through PayPal. Better Planet Books are not answering when PayPal is attempting to call them, and so now they are seeing if my bank will refund my money. 

Bottom line: Do not do business with this company. They are not ligitimate at all. They have terrible customer service. And you will have to jump through hoops to get your money refunded.
