Better Planet Books Sends Previous Editions But Isn't Obvious About It Nationwide

This company offers low prices on text books and uses pictures of the most recent edition to make you think you are getting that edition. What really happens is they send an older edition of the book without clearly stating that they are going to do so at any point of the checkout process. In their about page they admit that they send old editions, but they knowingly hide those statements so you can find the page online and not realize you're getting an older edition until it is too late. They only customer service they provide is an email. They offer refunds within 30 days, but it takes over 2 weeks for the books to arrive at your house. This business is unprofessional and knows they are scamming people.
