Better Planet Books Textbook Rentals No correspondence on the merchants end! Continues to charge fees to bank account. Saint Albans Vermont

I ordered a textbook from betterplanetbooks.com in February 2017. The book I received was not the book that was pictured on their website. I tried to email them to request a refund of $28.27 for the wrong book. There was no response from them and the phone number provided on my bank statement does not work. I sent the book back to the only address that was on their website and there was no refund issued thereafter nor was an email sent to me stating they had received my book return.  I received another charge for $45.90 in August 2017 for reasons unknown. This company's practices are fraudulent based on them advertising the wrong items and the fact they do not provide any correspondences once you have placed your order with them.
