Beyond Fitness Scam artists, fast talkers, dishonest, greedy! ripoff Raleigh North Carolina, Nationwide

I was told my a representative of Beyond Fitness that I was signing up for a 6 month personal training session for $100 a month, with included 48 sessions and 20 free sessions. I signed the contract without reading it, stupid on my part, but I trusted that his claims were valid. Instead he filed out the paperwork stating that I signed up for a year of personal training for $1,200. He wrote on the contract that I was to receive 48 plus 24. Later a manager of Beyond Fitness told my personal trainer that I was not to receive the 24 free sessions.

I contacted the conplaint hotline and they said there was nothing they could do because I signed the contract, but if I have to follow the contract I should receive the 24 free sessions just like it is written in the contract. Prior to calling the hotline the GM of the Spring Forest location told me that it would be corrected, before he quit.

This gym is a scam and I wish someone told me about it before I owed $1200 its not worth a single penny, the tanning has been out of order for 4 months, the machines need new pading, the treadmills usually don't work, it is dirty, dusty, and the AC doesn't work.

Recently I found out that this location is shutting down and they are not informing any of their memebers.
