BGH Electronics Non Professional Employee or Co Owner as she calls herself Cumberland Maryland

I stoped in the other day to have a vcr/dvd looked at that was not working. My mother had already talked to person in the service department about the problem and told her there was a 29.95 estimate fee involved. First off when i walk in the door i am greeted by a lady that seemed like i interupted something important she was doing and needed to get me out of there as fast as possible.

i explain why i was there and she informed me there would be a 99.95 estimate fee involved. I tried to explain to her i had talked too the person in the service department already and that the estimate fee quoted to me was only 29.95. She them proceeded to tell me (not explain) she was the co-owner in the business and the estimate fee involved was 99.95. At that point the service guy came out of their shop and tried to explain to her that the estimate fee was only 29.95 for a vcr/dvd player. She was very insistant that the fee should be 99.95 according to a sheet she was looking at The service person tried to explain to her that she was looking at the wrong paper but she was dead set on getting the 99.95 estimate fee out of me.

i decided not to leave the unit there for repair at that time. The so called co-owner made somekind of remark which i coundnt understand and went about her business of eating her lunch.( that was what i must have interupted her from doing when i came in).

In part defense of this business the person in the service department was very curtious and polite the whole time and appoligzed as i was leaving and asked to call back later that day after the owner was there and we would straighten out the estimate fee.

My comment is if you go in the business for a repair make sure you talk to the ppl in the service department and not the so called co-owner of the business.

The service department employees are very polite and helpfull but stay away from the female owner .
