Bidfuel.com charged my credit card without my ok Las Vegas Nevada

signed up for one $1.97 for info with free shippng.
they charged mt cedit card a second time for $1.88 and now todat for $39.95.
i contacted my credit card company and we told me since charges were still "pending", nothing could be done until charges were posted to my account.
i canceled my cedit card and requested a new card be issued to me with different numbers.
i will let you know how i fair.

i emailed bidfuel asking for a reversal to my credit card for the $39.99 they charged me.
all i got was an email that read as follows;
Dear Customer,
We regret to hear of your request to cancel at this time. Your account with Bid Fuel has been canceled, due to your request. There will be no further billings or charges on your statement. If you have any further questions, please call 1-866-4071021.
