Here's the same old responses I get each time I wrote to them regarding the proceedings of my claim.


"Dear Customer,

Thank you for shopping Bidz.com. At this time we have not received
your claim forms. As soon as we receive the forms they will be forward to
the Inspectors for an evaluation. Once we get clearance from our
Insurance Company we will proceed with a refund.

If something is wrong/missing with the claim forms or there is
problem you will receive a notice from the Inspectors and will be contacted
by bidz.com or the International Postal Inspectors.

I"VE RETURNED THE MAIL REGISTERED WITH TRACKING # AND YOU TOLD ME IT MIGHT HAVE GOT LOST IN THE MAIL , REMEMBER ? YES AGAIN , PLS PROCEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE INSPECTOR. PHEW!! GOD HELP ME!!!

P/S You kept claiming item was shipped and delivered so where's the proof and who signed for it. Fedex should have a copy of receipt of delivery .

Bidz.com has decided to change tactic !!!

So now you have decided to response after sending me countless of the same emails . The claim form was sent by registered with tracking which means hand delivered ....so the chance of the mail to get lost is 0.000000001 % and to tell you frankly this is my first lost registerd mail with a tracking #. And if it is truly lost , you should notify me and send me another form .

Now , how long do you think the procedures will take and when the so called Mr Inspector will get back to you ?

May have been lost by Postal Service

The customer in this case did the right thing by sending the requested documents with tracking and by registered mail. The tracking information provided should be enough to determine if Bidz.com ever received it or if perhaps it is delayed somewhere between the customer and our facility. It is quite reasonable to assume the documents were lost by a Postal Service either in the US or in Singapore where the package originated from.

It is true that the requested documentation is mandatory. Given the seriousness of the claim, we must have all authorizations verified and in place before pursuing a federal investigation. This procedure is in place to reduce fraudulent claims and to comply with investigatory agency guidelines.

Providing unidentifying information (invoice#, listing number)in any future rebuttals will aid us in forwarding this concern to our claims department. Since the customer took the time to file this report, additional information would be extremely helpful in resolving the issue in a timely manner. At this time, the information that currently appears has been submitted to the claims department for investigation.
