i ordered a ring set from www.bidz.com for the amount of 177.00 . i paid straight away they even gave a shipping number that was (false) when the shipment was sent from their warehouse. but it appears the package never left the u.s .when i asked for a replacement or a refund they said they could not as i had to fill in the claim forms in and they could not except a e-mail it had to be in my own hand writing and signed. i did this and still nothing they are a rip off and i'm not the only one it seems.

please anybody that reads this do not use www.bidz.com and warn your friends too
