I bought snow tires (with Studs) jan 08, they were removed with damage to rims april 08. Nov 08 I have the tires put back on my vehicle (winter coming), Yesterday I notice a bubble in the tire wall. the tires being under warrantee I took it back and was told That because I didn't buy road hazard they won't warrenty the tire. ??? it is a defect.

My husband called customer service and spoke to Gary Welch and he pretty much said OH WELL and started yelling at my husband fo threaghtening him with telling all the people we refered to them not to go there anymore. so now I have 500 worth of tires and don't feel safe to go to work! I can't afford to buy new tires. Gary also said I could but a new tire and they would put it on HAHAHAHA!!
