lets not forget people that work at dealers make mistakes and occosinally a wheel off or oil out---no one is perfect and everyone makes simple mistakes---it just happens to be more costly on a car---in any case--i see what your sayin and to an extent you are right--it is about in and out fast--why--so they can do the next 4 tires and so on and so on----

you sound like a former employee----no employment is perfect and i would rather work 50 hours a week then no hours a week--this is my way to make money--the ASE certified techs at tire kingdom work 50 hours a week---the tire techs are cut off at 40 hours cause they will not pay overtime---i'm just happy to have a job and they pay me alright so i cannot complain----but me-like many other employees--we do not like the people with the big trucks and those with big stupid aftermarket wheels------

also like almost anywhere there is a few good employees and some that are bad---the store i am at-the managers see the bad---------------now as one final point-but are you honestly complaining about a shuttle service?---a shuttle service is not a free service with todays gas prices--a shuttle service is a favor that i want to do and you should have the common fu*$king courtesy to tip!!!--but hey--it should be a free service to you--to take someone out of the shop cause you cannot plan ahead??--do you need people to wipe your butt crack for you to?--i mean really man--but hey--here you are talking about they have to do so much stuff and quick yet you want to make there job harder by offering you a shuttle service--think about the economics--

most people go in there for tires--in most cases they are in and out in 2 hours(depending on how busy)-these people can wait and they do-they planned ahead--oil changes are in and out unless we sell needed service work---every so often we may need to have the car overnight or for a day--this i can understand you can't just wait--but these people that know need a repair plan ahead----in other words there may be 1-3 of you people a year that don't plan and just expect free things--if you were stuck and absolutely could not plan--you still need to pay as a courtesy cause it is not my fault you are stuck--tire kingdom will not spend extra money to accomodate a couple people that want a free b----and i will not accomodate you either using my own car and gas if i do not want to----this is an unreasonable request in the manner you state it--you do not get a free ride literally--you better be ready to fork over a 5 for the ride!!!
