Tire Kingdom No Oil , car damaged oceans springs Mississippi

In April of 2014 I drove my 2003 Lincoln Aviator into Tire Kingdom. I asked for an oil change, coolant flush and front wheel alignment. I got the car back the man at the counter Buck said everything was done. He said he left the oil change off but he assured me he had personally taken care of it. I paid him for services rendered and drove a little way up the street. My engine oil light came on. I drove back to the place and Buck was gone and the manager had the service department put oil in the SUV. The Manger had the oil changed several times after that due to a knock in the engine after the oil was not replaced. The filter was new but the oil was never placed in the SUV. I have a wittiness that was in at Tire Kingdom with me and saw everything. The SUV has been sold because I needed a reliable way to get to work. Tire kingdom had an adjuster come to my house after they filled an insurance claim. The claim is being denied. Tire Kingdom told me to tow my SUV into a service department of my choice and have the engine torn down at my cost until they could get an adjustor to come back out. I can’t afford that! I did take it to a mechanic and he said the motor is gone. It was still running but poorly at that time. They are refusing to do anything. I have wittiness for everything. Buck is denying he had anything to do with my visit. The manager said I drove the vehicle back to the store with no oil. I had just left. I had a coupon for an oil change.   

 I had to purchase another car because the motor was bad after the oil was not put back into the SUV. I purchased a 2002 Chevy I had a 2003 Lincoln. The cost of the repair of the engine was $3750.00. I didn’t have that at one time to repair my SUV So I purchased on for 7999.00. I have a payment now. I would like a minimum of 3750.00. The manager at this business put treatment in and changed the oil several times. It didn’t help. He turned it over to the insurance company. That claim has been denied because Tire Kingdom said Buck never did an oil change on my SUV. It had dirty oil when I got there and when I left it had no oil at all. My SUV didn’t have any leaks. HELP!!!!
