BigCommerce Big Commerce Impossible to get a refund from this company. Do not by your ssl from them Austin Texas

I am a new bigcommerce customer and have found their customer service to be very poor. Most recently I purchased a $79 ssl certificate for my store through them. They go through geo trust for the ssl.

The issue was the ssl site seal did not work and I was unable to contact suppport for several days. i had to purchase an ssl from another company and after 4 attempts at getting a simple $79 refund for the ssl that did not work, I was denied a refund.

The billing agent said they do not issue refunds as per their terms and conditions.

I was pretty much in shock at how poor the service is at bigcommerce. I recomment to all store owners the they do not buy an ssl security certificate from bigcommerce.
