Bigcommerce Bigcommerce eCommerce platform No Support from this eCommerce platform Austin, Texas Nationwide

This Ecommerce platform do not provide any service to its customers. I am having problems with this platform since May 2016. I am trying to purchase an SSL Certificate from them and everytime I get an error. The money gets taken off my account and the certificate is not issued. Everytime I have to phone them and spend hours on the phone by holding on. The answer is always the same we will send it to second tier and refund you. The refunds also takes weeks to get back from them. Then I try again and the same error and then I have to follow the same way again. Tickets submitted to the Bigcommerce Platform never gets answered and this company is really useless when it comes to customer service!!! The say they are rated in the top 100 companies in the united states but according to me they should be rated as one of the 100 worst companies!!!!
