Bill Heard Antioch,TN ---BAD DEAL LEFT STRANDED!

I made a refer to a good friend of mine to purchase a new Impala at Bill Heard Chevrolet. Anyway the salesman was new and he knew nothing about the car, he said he was in training.

After waiting for a couple of hours to get everything approved so I could go home. The finance manager called me back into his office to finalize some more documents. He told me to sign here and sign there, I took each contract and read it carefully and that took another hour. My loan was approved before I left the store that night.

I wanted to know more information about the GAP POLICY! I knew the finance man was ready to go home because it was late and my friend was waiting for me patiently. The finance manager painted a big picture to create the need of how I could benefit from having a GAP POLICY if I was to total my car, it will pay the difference of what my personal insurance did not pay. Okay I took the policy.... Now on my way home and the car did not start, the battery was DEAD..... OK now I realized that I have a problem and know one is here to help me.
So I called my friend Pat to contact someone that she knew that sold her a van, maybe she could help me. I was afraid and mad because everyone left and I was alone.

I young black woman showed up with a smile on her face and identified herself as a Director and she ofter to help, she made a telephone call, there where 3 security officers there trying to help me. I felt safe, the lady put me in another car to go home. They took care of the Battery and the service turned out to be GREAT. Now I have my new car, I want to say Bill Heard I never dream of buying a car from you, but you will always have my business. GOOD SERVICE......

Gap Insurance

AUTHOR: Ken - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, July 03, 2006

Assuming that you are not being over-charged for it, GAP is a great deal. If you have a fairly new car that is in an accident and is totaled, you insurance is not likely to cover the amount you actually owe on your loan. GAP insurance will cover the difference.

In addition to that, my particular GAP plan has a provision that if I buy a new car and re-finance it at the same credit union, they will add a thousand bucks to the GAP check. Not a bad deal at all, since I would certainly go back to my own credit union to re-finance.

One last thing, the premium for your GAP insurance is based on your loan balance, so as you pay it down, your premium drops as well. All in all, not a bad deal.

Why?

AUTHOR: Stacy - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, July 03, 2006

Man, if I bought a car and when I drove it off the lot it broke down, even is someone came to my rescue, I would be wondering Why did this vehicle break down to begin with???? I bought a SUV from Bill Heard and the air went out then I found out it had been wrecked from car fax!!! I took it back they tried to tell me they would knock off $3000 I said NOOOO! I then got an HHR from them BRAND NEW! They called me 3 weeks later stating that I needed more MONEY down and the rate was different, I took it back, got my trade...in the meantime I ran off several customers in their show room! Warned many more and got my new HHR from (((ROR REDACTED COMPETITORS NAME)))! They are great! Jim Reed Jr. Even called me to thank me for my purchase! (((ROR REDACTED COMPETITORS NAME))) RULES! Stay away from Billy Bogus!!

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome! GAP Insurance is not 'BOGUS'

AUTHOR: Dave - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, February 22, 2006

GAP insurance is a good thing! What are you talking about?

It supposed to cost around $399, and it's money well spent, unless you have a substantial down payment and/or you don't have negative equity in your trade-in. If this is the case, you don't need GAP insurance.

Basically, all it does it pay off the balance of the car that your insurance company doesn't. 90% of people with GAP insurance never use it, which is how they make their profits.

However, HOW WERE YOU RIPPED OFF? This site isn't for pleasant experiences! Tell your friends what a wonderful experience you had, not us!

Jill...Gap Insurance is a typical Bogus Billy add-on!

AUTHOR: Jim - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, February 19, 2006

Jill:

You scare me a little. I want you to be a savvy buyer. You've done business with a dealership which SPECIALIZES in add-ons. I only have to ask the bad news...

What kind of a dealer fraud fee did they hit you with? $99, 599, 699???

What about the "passive theft system" which is several hundred dollars for the "etch fraud".

What about credit life?

Jill, the BOGUS BILLY rap sheet is as long as your arm. Bogus Billy has been in trouble all over the country. In Florida alone Bogus Billy had to pay over $300,000 in penalties.

Check your paperwork and you'll find the bad news especially the dealer fraud fee scam. No, its not for administrative or service costs. Its a clear scam designed to trick you into making a buy decision on a partial price of the car. Since the dealer fraud fee goes entirely to the dealer, the dealer fraud fee IS PART OF THE COST OF THE CAR!!! Just because they give it some official sounding name, DOES NOT legiitimize this con game.

Oh yes, were you hit for the "dealer prep" or "destination fee" con game? The dealer prep costs also known as destination charges HAVE BEEN PAID ALREADY by the manufacturer. Did Bogus Billy ALSO hit you for those SAME CHARGES??? Did Bogus Billy collect DOUBLE from the manufacturer and YOU TOO???

#1 UPDATE Employee

What the heck are you complaining about?

AUTHOR: Brendan - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, February 18, 2006

Why on earth would you say "bad deal left stranded" and then at the end say "turned out to be great service"? Sounds like you dont know what you are talking about.
