Bill Heard Chevrolet ripoff deceptive business pratices, lied on papers, changed papers, said one thing do another, would not take car back. I'm 82 years old just had surgery and coulc not see he tricked me Antioch TENNESSEE

In October 2004 I bought a car from Bill Heard in Antioch TN.my brother was suppose to own the car with me. he can drive I can't am 82 years old. the car was suppose to have cost $11,000. my brother was also suppose to have been insured if anything happend to him the car would have been paid off.

the salesmen that sold me the car named Trent came to my house to let me sign the papers.I told him I could not see since I just had eye surgery. he just pointed to where I suppose to sign.after he left I found out I signed on a over $15,000 loan on the car. also my brothers name was not anywhere on the papers.

I figured I had been taken.me and my brother tried to take the car back and make a deal for a cheaper one.they would not do it.my brother was paying for the car.I did not think there was anything else I could do.about 3 months ago my brother passed away unexpectedly.now I am faced with these car payments.because Bill Heard lied to me.
