There have been many attempts since 2002,2003,2004 and most recent within the last few days March 2004 all have been ignored
To try come to a amiable conclusion to a serious problem that was created at your dealership and was coverd up leaving a customer in a extreme and dangerous situation for 18 months and paying payments and insurence for a vehicle that was Not the customer vehicle!
so leaving the customer out of pocket many $$
The bank (Hungtinton) was made aware of this the whole time, and only compounded the problem even further by doing Nothing at all.

This complaint is so outrageous and has been explained over and over again, that the time has come to seek other remedies.
