Bill Heard Chevrolet ripoff Misrepresented, lied about condition, overpriced Fraudulent warranty Las Vegas Nevada

I went in to Bill Heard Chevrolet to look at pickups and Sean McCarthy took me to see one pickup a 1996 Chevy stepside 1500. They wouldn't even show me any other pickup. I called my daughter to tell her about my new pickup and she told me not to buy it. When I went to the Bank to get the Loan to pay for it the drivers door wouldnt open. At 80 years old I had to crawl across the riders side and open it. They did fix it but it took 4 hours.

My Daughter and I were planning on driving it to Alaska. When she found out that the car had 90,000 miles on it she insisted that I fly up and her and her husband would drive it up.

When I, Brenda, got down to Las Vegas, I found that this truck had locking lug nuts on the wheels and no key to take them off. We had to pay to have them broken off and there was no lug wrench to take the other lugs of either. The serpentine belt was worn out. We got on the road and the drivers door broke again. WHEN WE GOT to Washington we had the tires rotated and they told us that the Idler and the pittman arm was worn and needed to be replaced and the transmission oil was burnt. So we had that flushed.

When we got home to Alaska we took the truck to Kenai Auto to have the door fixed, and they said that when Bill Heard fixed the door they broke all the clip on the door panel and the whole fixing job done by Kenai Auto took 15 minutes Then the truck broke down.

We took it to Hutching Chevrolet in Soldotna Alaska.The Service Manager told us that the $2,500 warranty that my mother bought wouldnt cover any of the repairs. He also said and will testify that all the repairs were pre-existing problems. He is also a former employee of Bill Heard Chevrolet. The repairs came to $1,500. They saw my Elderly mother coming and sold her a bill of goods
