It just never ceases, does it??? ONCE AGAIN, Bogus Billy Heard is in trouble with the Florida Attorney General's Office. According to the A/G, they are investigating "Mr. Big Volume" again for "misleading deceptive advertising (Newspapers & mailouts)". The case number is L06-3-1135.

Named in the investigation are the Orlando/Sanford store at 3455 Orlando Drive, Sanford, Florida; 2002 North Frontline Road, Plant City, Florida; and headquarters at 200 Brookstone Centre Parkway, Suite 205, Columbus, Georgia.

It wasn't very long ago Bogus Billy had to pay more than $300,000 to the Attorney General's Office in regards to another investigation! At the time, it was the highest amount paid by any Florida car dealer in connection with fraud/deceptive operations!
