A few weeks ago I update my MicroSoft OneCare and this AntiVirus popped up as though it was recommended and I thought it was a MicroSoft product, so I purchased it! I guess I'm lucky that it could not be downloaded-it has never worked-but, this company took almost $200 from me for a phony product. I sent many emails to the support group and received a couple of answers, but when I asked for my money back the replies stopped coming. This is a SCAM-what can I do to recover my money?
