billingware.net rip me off and I am paying for it Internet

I was surfing the net when I went to a website for gta iv. i got a message that said i may have viruses and spyware,trons on may computer.

it later say to fund out chick here to fund out.i did this and after a short time it said it had find about 43 or46 trons,viruses and spyware.

it went on to say to fix this ,i must buy this sortware and said it will cost me 35. i payed this with my debit card online and i said i must have been saved.i later got a brack down of what i have payed for.

i got the systame download over the net.but later i found that this sortware was removeing some of the start up meun. and i looked at my bank startment
the prices were 30.92,51.12&25.76 all adding up to 107.80 and not 104.85.

i called my bank told them about this only today.this i had gone to london last week.i read about ripoffs on yahoo and later tryed to fiund out what aiphawipe was and went to the company's website. the firt thing i saw that they artked for my debit card no. i noted the this wed site was listed blow theirs read the story of the porson on it and it all came togther in my hand.
