I am a case manager and am complaining on behalf a disabled client who called to get the 7 day trial pack of Extenze. He is on a fixed income and was suprised to discover that they automatically deducted the $45 without mentioning it to him. He called customer service and they treated him very bad. He talks slow due to his disabilty and they kept telling him to talk faster and eventually hung up on him. He currently has his bank involved but I will pursue more if the money is not refunded. He is also embarassed because he didn't realize exactly what he was ordering so he was reluctant to even have me look at the packaging. He has learned from this but it is still not right or fair. They need to make it clear that they are going to charge the membership cost.
