BlackHawk Network PayPower prepaid debit card Loaded $230 via Money gram which has showed proof to me that PayPower received but they wont give me my $$ !! Pleasanton California

Ok so I went to Walmart and used Moneygram to load funds to my PayPower card and they said on their website funds post immediately.  I went to redbox in Wal-Mart and card declined. Went online and sure enough $0.

SO As Im going to customer service I called card company they said very short and rudely to go inside wal-mart b/c they don’t have my money transfer. Basically to screw off in my opinion. Walmart confirmed all info was right so cust serv rep called and I did with my cell phone gave money gram transfer nmbr and asked me receiver.  

Then verified all info and said they sent it to them @ 1:13pm friday 11/15/13. I asked money gram could please call PayPower and tell them this as they arent friendly. Money gram said that they cant call them because they are the reciever but have PayPower call them.

Called pp card company back and said they dont have nothing I asked for a supervisor but only one was working and she was busy so she said she would call me back in 30 min and said she was sending to corporate to see if there's been an activy declined or money come thru.

Of course no call from supervisor within 30 minutes so I called back over 2 hrs later so a supervisor got on and said corprate said nothing was there (imagine that). I said can you call money gram to confirm and what do you know they can't even though Money Gram said they can.

So I asked supervisor can you 3 way call ad I had my mom on 3 way listening just so she can hear money gram and money gram verified all and I said paypower rep did u hear that..no response. . I said to her again are you there. And money gram said im trying to help me but she dont want to talk then call was disconnected.

If moneygram she 3 wayd in hung up me and paypower would have still been connect. So who disconnected call. RUDE PAYPOWER CUSTOMER REP. So moved and been busy since loaded and this happened 11/15/13.

Called pp back today and their systems were done as they are everyday or everyother (prob to close shop n go smoke a blunt as they are rude,ghetto, no customer service skills, or care for any one but them self. Then called Money gram and today they opened a ticket for there (MARS Dept.) to communicate with someone with PayPower or corporate.

Im not very hopeful.  I really need that money I broke my ankle Oct 12 had surgery around 2 weeks ago on foot and cant walk for 3 months and my husband has serious medical conditions he was diagnosed with and in hopital 3 weeks beginning of January this year 2013.

He was readmitted a week before I loaded card and he actually got out 3 hours before we hit highway after my bff's mom used her credit card for moving truck rental and the deposit I had to pay then the money I had went on card too.

We planned a move my grandma who live in a city 3 hrs away from we are in now and she paid over $1,500 and couldn't help anymore for the month. We had to move out here to get help with our 3 kids with our medical problems. I dont know if I will see my money soon but they gonna get hit hard!! I will update soon as  Today is Sunday 11/17/13.
