Boca Java Deceptive business practices; force unwanted shipments; A REAL RIP OFF! NO DEAL! Deerfield Beach Florida

My experience with Boca Java is that they practice deceptive tactics to generate revenue. First, when I placed an order on their web site it was not clear that I was joining a club which would necessitate further orders.

30 Days later when I realized my credit card was charged for another shipment, I immediately phoned the company to tell them I did not want the shipment and that if I received it, I would refuse delivery. I indicated I wanted a full credit to my card and I wanted no further shipments.

The Boca Java representative gave no indication that I would not be given a full credit. When the shipment was returned, I received a credit of $8.01 against the charge of $33.07. When I phoned them to ask why they were charging me $25, they indicated this is an "in store credit". I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that someone would call me back. One week later, no one called. I phoned and spoke to a supervisor who told me this is the way they do business, and I was entitled to no further credit.

I have filed two complaints with the Better Business Bureau.

This type of deceptiona full fledged fleecing of the consumer should not stand! Boca Java delivers a mediocre product and pads its bottom line with corrupt customer service.
