Boca Java Deceptive Club Offer Deerfield Beach, Florida

I like many other people heard Rush Limbaugh talk about Boca Java, and how good their coffee is. It is true that they do have very good coffee. Rush advertised for them, stating you could go to their web site and get a sample box sent to you for a nominal charge. I did this and found myself entered into some sort of club, where they were automatically charging my credit card every month and sending me more and more coffee. When I signed up for this free sample, I never once saw any disclaimer about agreeing to a club membership.

I called the company today to complain, and was treated very rudely on the phone, by a Lady stating, "You should have read the disclosure at the bottom of the page..."
I never saw any kind of disclosure, and would have NEVER ordered anything from them, if this was the case.
