Body of Change going after kids now!! I signed up my son who was home from school for the summer for 12 sessions of personal training sessions. They said it would be no problem, they do it all the time for teenagers.
When he left in September for Massachusetts, I got the next monthly statement, $174/month for 12 months, even though the kid isn't here to do it! When I looked closely at the contract, they hadn't put it in HIS name,
but MY name, so I could be held liable. But the LA Fitness agreement is in his own name.
Manger Jeff DiBlaso(215 943-4247) is involved in this scheme,with Nick Bach, Matt Riddle,John Citara, the trainer Brian at 215 768-6738 who is a local high school coach.
