Boost Mobile Sprint Service has gone from 3 to 4 bars to zero at my home with no resolution.  Internet

I've had Boost Mobile since March/2013 with very few complaints, until about two weeks ago.

Since then, my service at my home and most places near where I live and at work have little to no service available.

I previously had 3 to 4 bars at both my home and work which is 20 miles from home.

I have this service on two different phones, an LG and a Samsung, with identical symptoms.

PRL search and complete factory resets on both phones has not helped in he least.

After leaving an email at their site a nice south Asian lady called me and said that they indicated that equipment was being upgraded near where I live and it would be much better in two days.

It has been three days now and the service is just as bad.

I am a single parent and rely on my phones to keep in touch with my children while I work and for emergencies.

This is a prepaid service and I have been prompt as I have earned their rewards for such.

As this is a prepaid service, I believe they are in violation of contract and trust as their service is not being provided after payment.

I will now, at much added cost, have to shop and change providers to maintain my saftey and security for my family and am outraged at the customer no-service of Boost Mobile.
