I have been with boost mobile now for about 2 months and I have had enough. Almost every single time I try to make a call it says, the number or code you have dialed is incorrect. I get text messages at 4 am from people who actually texted me earlier in the day and sometimes I never get the messages people send, and people dont get the ones I send them half the time either. The customer service is horrible. I am on the $50 a month plan and when I went to pay my bill they charged me $3 in taxes and didnt tell me I needed to pay an extra $3 so they said I only paid $47 towards my bill and turned my phone off. I called customer service and the first two people I couldnt even understand and they didnt know what they were doing, I explained the situation and they still made me go and pay the d**n $3. So when I start explaining to them about my text messages and it not letting me dial out they just blew me off and said oh Im sorry Im not sure what the deal with that is. Tomorrow I am switching back to my old service. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON BOOST MOBILE. I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble. I've been a customer for about 3 years and all is well. I had a bump with them the other month though. I dropped my phone in water the day after I paid my bill so I went to radio shack to get a new phone. They don't carry those phones anymore and they have a new unlimited text, walkie talkie and talk. So I opted for that. But they had a $50 activation fee at the time.

I contacted customer service and they refused to credit my new account for the $60 I paid the day before (for the coming up month). I was willing to pay for a new phone and a new month of service, I simply wanted the activation waived since I JUST paid $60 the day before for a month I haven't used yet. They said it was a different department and they could not communicate with each other. I said "no problem, I have three way calling". They didn't like my logic too much. I switched over to Virgin but the service was horrible. Wound up going back to Boost and getting the new phone. Between that time they got rid of the $50 activation fee so I didn't have to pay it. But I'm still out $50.

But hey, it's better than T-Mobile, Sprint or AT&T! I know Boost is owned by Sprint but it's really the lesser of all the evils. No overages. No outrages bills. Nothing but decent service. Yes, their customer service isn't the best... but it beats the hell out of the other options!
