Boost Mobile has a "no refund policy" even when they heist your bank account. I cancelled my Boost Mobile phone service & was charged an auto reboost charge (monthly phone service charge) five days after all was cancelled. They say their 'advanced payment plan' has a "no refund policy." They took the advanced payment five days after I cancelled my services which they admit too but refuse to refund my stolen money due to there "no refund policy" Can you see the circular argument with no resulution? I have a balance on my account of $3.02 which I am willing to say goodby too but the $48.70 unauthorized charge is just too much to swallow. Now that I read all the complaints about Boost Mobile, it's too late for me but not for you so my advice is stay away from Boost Mobile for your phone service. When an individual robs a bank, sometimes not getting away with a dime, the authorities use all means to pursue until this theif is apprehended yet when a company does the same that company expects impunity. What's really the difference?
