We ordered 5 tickets to Lion King in April for a Sept. 22nd matinee.  Got a confirmation # and credit card was charged over 750 dollars immediately.  That was agreed price.   Call was made in July inquiring where tickets were.  We were told they were scheduled to be mailed 9/7/13.  Call was made in Sept. inquiring where tickets were.  We were told they would be mailed 9/15/13.  Call was made Sept. 20th to inquire where tickets were.  We were told they could not provide those seats, and the money had been refunded.  Refund is still in question. 

When the Sept. 15th mailing date was questioned as being very close to the deadline, we were told they did that for "security reasons."

On Sept. 20th, we were told they had left "detailed messages" by phone in August about needing to change our seating, which they said we did not return.  Not fitting above timeline.  No supervisor was available, no supervisor returned my call, operators repeatedly extending their "apologies," but could not answer my questions as to how this happened, and became rude, telling me their supervisor was "very busy" and there was nothing they could do.
