Bragada Mattress Doesn't hold up - BUYER BEWARE! Internet

This company is a one-mattress only company. In other words, you will never buy another mattress from this company as the product does not hold up. I was warned by several websites I read before buying this product, but I have to admit that I was a little duped from the sales person. I was told that if the mattress caves in more than 1 3/4", the warranty will cover the mattress. Not having any knowledge on this type of bed, I didn't realize it means nothing. The indentation is now about 1 1/4", however when I lay in it, I sink too low. I feel like I am sleeping in a hole with my butt much lower than my feet and head. I am constantly waking up with a neck and back ache. The problem is that their product is not as dense as it should be and is not built as well. It started to happen in a little less than 1 year. When you call the company, they have you take a bunch of pictures and then tell you it is not covered since the hole is less than 1 3/4".

I just placed an order for a new Tempurpedic as I have done a lot of research and cannot find hardly any complaints. It seems that this company has a reputation to maintain.

I would not buy the Bragada. I am not angry at the company, however I can't imagine anyone buying a second mattress from them.
