I too have been ripped off by Bragada Matress. I bought the most expensive mattress they have--"The Velagio". I spent almost $3000 for this mattress.
I have had my Bragada mattress for less than 4 months. The top part of the mattress already has a visible "dent" of about 1/2 inch. But, the inner part of the mattress has a HUGE dent in it. Overall, the mattress has worn down about 2 inches in less than 4 months. But because the mattress does not have more than a 1.75 inch "VISIBLE" dent in it, Bragada will not even look at the mattress.
The mattress is terrible and I am seeking a replacement mattress after wasting $3000 of my hard-earned money.
Bottom line. The memory foam is poor at best.

I wrote him regarding a faulty mattress cover on my Madison. The cover has torn in 4 places near the seams on the bottom at welting. I did all the requests, sent pictures, lifted that heavy sucker myself to do it. Was told tht the cover is not covered for lifetime warranty. In fact only for 1 year. The Better Business Bureau was no help either, citing the warranty. Well I wrote Mr Simmons months ago because the tares are expanding. I am citing poor workmanship and faulty manufacturing as stated in their waranty.
MR. SIMMONS IS A JOKE! DON'T EXPECT ANY SATISFACTION. THE MATTRESS ALSO SAGS BUT I AM OK WITH SLEEPING ON IT AFTER 4 YEARS. IF YOU WANT A RELIABLE COMPANY DO MORE RESEARCH AND STAY AWAY FROM BRAGADA, THERE ARE BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE.
