Brakes Plus ripoff dishonest practices for women Oklahoma City Oklahoma

I was ripoff in March of 2002. I took my car into this business to have front brakes installed. I am a single women and have to keep up the maintence on my car myself. I knew that my car need front brakes only. I dropped off my car on my lunch break and went back to pick up my car at closing. I notice that there were major problems with my car about an hour later. My brakes were grinding. Before I took my car into this place they were not grinding. I took my car bac to this place the next day. I was told that this was normal and that it would stop in a couple of hundred miles and that GM was aware of this being a problem on Malibu's. He stated that a special technical bulletin has been sent out to all service centers because of this problem, but there has not been an offical recall.

The following Monday, I took my vechical to my dealership. They check out their brake job and found several problems. They adjusted my back brakes too high and did not put any pads on my front brakes. This all in a hopes to make me come back and spend more money with them. Never will I do business with this company again. They have really left a bad taste in my mouth and they are really crooks! Please beware. '
