Brakes Plus another ripped off brakes plus customer Thornton Colorado

While driving down the road, i noticed the radiator indicator light blinking on my dashboard. I pulled over and discovered there was not coolent in my reservoir. I decided to take it to Brakes Plus and have them do the Blue Maintenence package which included coolent flush and replacement as well as oil change. Two days later I'm driving down the road and the radiator indicator light came on again. I pulled over and low and behold, there still was no coolent in the coolent reservoir. I took it back to Brakes Plus. They put some in but when I was talking to the manager, I got a little suspicious. I walked out to my car in the Brakes Plus parking lot and pulled to oil dipstick out and to my shock, there no oil. they didn't put oil in my engine either. When i pointed this out to the manager, he said it was low because I was driving around. I am not a mechanic but I know enough about cars to know the worst time to check your oil is when your driving your car around. The oil is splashing around in the oil pan so when you check your oil, it will be higher then what it is actually is. The best time to check is after the car has been parked and turned off for about 15 minutes. The oil sinks to the botton of the oil pan. If the oil was below the "L" on the oil stick then obviously they didn't change the oil. The wanted to look at the car but if they ripped me off once they will do it again. I asked for my money back but they refused. I am trying to do something with the attorney generals office-we'll see. All the People who got ripped off need to get together and file a class action suit. DONT USE BRAKES PLUS.
