I started paying direct  pay payment s on my car  when i purchased it  may 2014  2 days after purchase the aintlock brake system light came on and the traction control light came on was told  they would only repair  car if it had less than 1500 miles on it i had  30 miles on car so they were forced to repair  both aint lock brakes and  traction control for 1800  i didnt have to pay anything ,  2  weeks later the  back window went out they  had to pay for   new  power  window moror and regulator   cost 800 dollars  i didnt have to pay anything car had only 500  miles on it ,  sept they stoped collectiong  direct pay  car  payments  , i called them several times each week and was  told  my payments were made and that i could  turn the car  back in and receive 1500 dollars  in points i said  no i was paying the car off and wanted the title  and was  told a residual was  due   nov 24 and i would have  to call them to make the 34.99 payment, they  still would not take my  car payments from sept and   oct 6 2016 they called me saying iw as 978 dollars behind in my car payments and asked  did i want to refinance the car , i told them they had  not collected the direct  pay  car payments  since   sept and the money was in the  bank and  they  then said their computer system was   broken and they could not collect the payments , so i gave them my  atm  information and made the  351 dollar payments i also paid 34.99 in a separate payment for the   nov 24 residual fee ,  and was  told they had  fixed the computer problems and  they would collect the final car  direct payment on  nov 4  2016 ,  they did not collect the  nov 4  2016 direct pay payment and  on nov 7  2016 i was told i was late and there was  no grace period and   i could refinace the car and  i owed 375.30  on  nov 18 th  for  my car which they failed  deliberatly to collect  payments on through direct  pay , i went on line and paid  181.65 what i owed  on my final  car payment and   told them i would pay another 34.99  on  nov 24 as the contract stated ,  they said they not sending me  my title , i hung up and  filed a complaint with the bbb and the attorney general , they deliberatly  didnt take my direct pay  car payments since    sept so i would be  behind in my car payments and  charge  me extra money to renew  a contract on  my car even thoug  it was their  system that was  not  collecting the payments  the attorney general is investigating them for fraud as they deliberatly  told me my car payments were  current to fool me into spending the  money in the  bank to  force  me to refinance the car but it didnt work , then they  delibertly failed to take  my last car payment to  claim i didnt meet my contract and there is no grace period to bill me 375.30  a month for a car i had just paid off  on  nov 4  2016 if they had collected the final paymenta s  we agreed and they claimed they would ,  all my direct payments were  collected till i got down to the final  6  payments  then they stoped and  tried to charge me   late fees and  get me to think my contract was  broken  but they failed to uphold their part of the agreement and collect  paymenys on time as they claim, they  always collected my  payments on monday since i  got the car now they  want to claim  they collected the payments on friday but they didnt collect the payment on friday and want to reposses  my car  when  it  their fault the payment was  not collected , there was  no insufficent funds on my account they just   planed to charge me  and break  our contract under false pretenses to get my car back or charge me to refinance a car i have already paid  off  and only 34.99 is owen on  nov 24 for the residual  please dont deal with these unfair  business people
