This company is horrible, I swear when I call it's the same person every time. They don't try to help you they don't have any options even when you make all you payments on time. This was the worst mistake of my life! Praying to get my car refinanced and be done with them!

If you are making all of your payments on-time(and presumably for the full amount), why are you trying to get help from them and what options do you want them to give you?
