Bridgecrest Double billed for two months and running Internet

Here is the list:

Fraud. Test have records that will demonstrate they knowingly and willfully attempt to defraud clients by billing, collecting, then sending a collection notice claiming that the bank used to post try loan denied payments. When the bank is contacted they provide the documents affirming payment was made and received by Bridgecrest. 

Customer Service: As a professional in sales the way they talk AT, not to not with, their clients is disturbing. You will be greet a run around. They only read from a script, when you request a supervisor you will be transferred to another person with no authority to address the issues. They in turn will double down on the claim they have not received payment in direct contrast to documents provided by your bank confirming the double payments collected.
