 I financed a car through them around May 2016 in Virginia. I moved to South Carolina in April 2016. We voluntarily surrender the car in June 2016 because my husband was the only one working and I could not find a job. The Virginia DMV got a notice when we cancelled our insurance, so now they are threatening to suspend our licenses because they will not write something saying we did not retrieve the car within the given 30 days. They will not let us talk to "legal" who they insist won't allow them to write any thing other than their original letter. The DMV talked to them on the phone and said that was all they needed for proof we no longer have the car. When we called and asked to speak to the Managers boss, we were told that was not allowed either. They informed us rudely when we kept calling trying to find out a way to fix this issue that we were just going in circles and there was nothing they could do.
