I provided 20- BPO/apprasial services between the October 2014 to November 2014. When I called to inquire about payment in November 2014 I was told it would be 90 days after the completion of services before I was to be paid. When 90 days came up in January I called and spoke to a supervisor by the name of Christine on January 22 who implied I would be paid when the 90 days are completed on January 27, 2015. I then called to inquire about the several payments pass due on February 11, 2015 and I was told by Christine that the company experienced "negative effects" that have delayed my payment unknown amount of time. Christine spoke to her supervisor, Sarah and stated she will follow up in approximately three additional weeks to see if they have an date to pay me. But stated she is unsure of when that date will be and that in approximately three more weeks she still be unsure. She stated the only way she knows when a payment is going out is when she receives an email from another department in the company to inform her of payment and knows nothing until then. Broker Price opinion requires BPOs completed in 24 to 48 hours yet take over four months to pay for that service. It is ridiculous. I have saved all email communications regarding the assignments and the agreed upon payment
