Broker Price Opinion First Valuation This company hires realtors to do broker price opinons for a fee, they promise a 60 day turn around on payment, they owe me money from over a year ago, this compant requires realtors to complte the reports with in a time frame or it get reassign the BPO, but they do not pay the realtors for doing the work, I have called the accounting dept repeatedly and they refuse to answer the phone so I leave voice mails, they refuse to return my calls.  This company hires realtors to do broker price opinions on properties. They give us a date to have these reports completed, and if not completed by the due date the report is reassigned to another broker. The promise a turn around on payment is within 60 days. Broker Price Opinion has owed me payments for over a year now and they refuse to pay. I have called the accounting many numerous times department and they refuse to answer the phone, I have left voice mails, they refuse to return my calls. I have been advising brokers not to accept orders from this company, so they do not get ripped off. When doing the BPOs for this company I have run up expenses primarily because of the distance involved getting to the properties for theinspections.
