There is no ending to the tactics of this group. They use every method including suprise liens on your property for hundreds of dollars you may or may not know you owe.

 Miss Lisa still works there and has extremly rude and evasive conduct, refused to forward any information in her office to other workers who suddenly had taken my billing the same day.

 As if my garden was unkept after being here 12 years, the HOA decided to start fining me without any reason. The Brown Group will only send you a bill if they feel like it. They never sent me a bill after I told them I was paid up. That way they are claiming they can charge you enormous amounts without your knowledge. Please help.
