Budget Car Sales Never buy a vehicle from Budget Car Sales Tifton Georgia

I bought a used 2007 Ford F150 from Budget Car Sales in Tifton, Georgia in May, 2008. The price was good, but no so low that it would indicate any issues. First the true facts; The year of the truck was correct and the mileage was also correct. It had only 5,000 miles on it. I asked all the questions possible; Any paint or body work, clean title, etc. They said no, the vehicle was pretty much brand new.

I also ran a Carfax report which showed no red flags. The report stated the past owner and that nothing have ever been reported. I figured I was good to go. I sent them a money order and they shipped my truck from Georgia to Vermont (where I live). When I received the truck, everything seemed great and It drove just like a brand new truck. I brought it to the local Ford dealer for a simple oil change and upon opening the hood, he stated "This thing has been in an accident."

He pointed out a few different things where it was obvious the body panels didn't like up 100%. I was also told that because of this certain parts of the vehicle would not be under warranty Hood, drivers side door and fender). Now, after finding this info (this was less than a week after I received the truck) I called up Budget Car sales and informed them. They said the manager would call me back. Of course, he never did.

I kept calling every other day for a month and sure enough, he always seemed to be "busy" or "out of the office." They knew exactly what they did and wouldn't even take the time to speak to me about it. I tried contacting many lawyers and the like and no body would even call me back! I even contacted the Governor in Georgia. No body would even speak to me.

Bottom line, Budget Car Sales has absolutely no problem lying to their customers and stealing their money. They're so low that even when they told me I'd get a full tank of gas that the truck showed up with less than 1/8 of a tank.

Never ever buy from this company! If anyone out there reads this and feels they might be able to help, I'd love to hear from you.
