Budget Rent A Car System ripoff on bumper damage and insurance fraud Atlanta Georgia

I rented a 2006 Toyota Tundra pick-up from Budget in Denver, Co on 23 marck 2006. On the morning of 27 March 2006 i backed into a pole about 24 inches high in the motel parking lot leaving a dent about the size of a deck of cards in the left rear bumper.

Upon returning the vehicle the morning of 28 March 2006 i told the attendent about the bumper and filled out my name and address and a brief statement on how the dent happened. No pictures were taken during my or my friend presence.

When I recieved the bill for the damages and a picture of the truck a lot of additional damage had been done to the truck that was not there when i checked the vehicle in.

The bumper had additional damage inflicted, the left tail light had been broken and some damage had been done to the body near the gas filler cap for a total of $1054.62.

I have a picture of the pole I backed into and it is not big enough or high enough to have been able to do all the alleged damage. I failed to take pictures of the truck but i have 2 witnessess that saw the damage before the additional damage was done.

There is no telling how many millions of dollars have been ripped off of rentors using this scam since the average person has no proof such as pictures to expose this rip-off but I do have 2 witnesses.

I do owe for a bumper only and am willing to pay for it but this scam needs to be exposed to prevent other people from being victims to this scam.
