Today when looking over my recent charges on my credit card statement, I noticed a charge from VPCLUBUS and wonderred what the heck is this?  So I decided to Google VPCLUBUS and I came upon this site and was literally shocked of what I found!

I started reading some of the posts claiming scams and how deceptive Vista Print's marketing was/is.  Another couple claimed to have been scammed for 4 years!!!

Of course I wanted to know how long I was getting charged for this, so I decided to do some research.  It turns out that they have been charging me since August of 2006!  It started at $14.95 a month, then they increased the charge by $3 every July.  Now they are charging me $23.95 and have charged me $775 over the 41 months.

I know alot of you are probably wondering why this wasn't caught sooner, but it was only because I typed in VPCLUBUS and came upon this site.  Prior Vista Print would have the charge appear as Vista Print on my bill, so I always assumed my wife order more stationary or marketing material which she did on a frequent basis, so $14.95, 17.95, 20.95, and 23.95 looked like a legitament charge.

Once I found out about this, I asked my wife if she ever signed up for this and of course, she didn't.  Since the account was in her name, she called Vista Print, and of course the person on the phone said that we were liable for all of the charges because when she used a online $10 coupon back in August 2006, it automatically signed her up for a member account.  She requested a manager on the phone.  The manager seemed to have "canned response" and casted blame on her, but after mentioning the complaints we saw on this website, FINALLY agreed to credit back a majority of the $775 they charged over the 3.5 years.

We'll see what happens. If they don't credit, I'm going to be very upset.

Good luck to the rest of you.
