Butcher's Best Omega Meats Ripoff, Poor Quality, Poor Service Portsmouth Virginia

We are new to the area and had what appeared to be a pleasant young lady in an all white van ring our bell saying she was just delivering to our neighbors, meats and had only one case left and thought that we might be interested in them. Said that since we were a military family (our cars have military stickers) she could give us a drastic discount. She stated her name was Danielle and even gave us her personal cell phone number. Said that all products were money back guarantee and if we were not completely satisfied, the company would refund all money paid. 

I am a skeptic about people stopping by unannounced, but my husband thought it was a "good deal" and purchased the items.  When he came in and showed me their flyer, I instantly became alarmed because the email address looked "fake". It has an apostrophe in the address and I have never known a website or email to contain apostrophes’.

Not wanting to be alarmed without reason, we tried the meats a few days later, and the quality was HORRIBLE! We called Danielle immediately and she began to hem and haw and give excuses as to why she could not come back to remove the meat and refund our money. We left several messages and even tried to contact the company's number listed on the flyers. NOTHING. No voicemail, no answer, notta! 757-465-9300 is a useless number!!!!!

We have contacted our bank to reverse the charges, thank goodness we didn't give her cash! Buyer beware!!! If you didn't ask anyone to ring your bell, chances are if they do, it is a scam!!!!
