C R England Baby-sitting a truck while the company does not respond to me. Salt Lake City Utah

First off I think the owner of this site. you are truly do a good thing.

I have now been in the truck for several days. my paranoia tells me that england might be setting me up for a theft of the truck. thats why i am written this here. it will not be removed. NO MATTER WHAT.

I am on a dedicated route out of my home state. our contract is rumored to be coming to an end. inbound from my last delivery. one of our fleet teams told me he was just released from dedicated. so I get back and my load is one way to front royal, va. i was like oh no. im not driving teams.

I called mark, The weekend guy and said do not call me I have no answers to any of your questions. I was like why am I one way? I don't want to drive teams and he said just do the delivery and you will find out Tuesday whats happening to you.

I called a so called friend of mine. A co-worker and they said refuse the load. it's a trick. they are going to have you pick up a load inbound to a terminal and have you pick up a student and you'll be over the road teams. I said f*** that. id rather quit. better yet i'll kill myself. I snaped. I lost it. I hung up and these guys were joking. They dont call me back and they knew I was pissed. I dont let anyone step on my back. I stand up for myself no matter what the cost is. even if its my life. we all die and we all need to have morals that we can live with.

So I really do not know what I wrote. I just flipped out via quall comm and asked for anwers. I said I deserve answers but as the other post said all england knows how to do is LIE, LIE, LIE. The way I see it is if my dedicated account ended and now the company is company wide teams. I should be laid off. I can not sleeping in a bouncing truck and I shouldnt be forced to drive teams. so lay me off or fire me.

So now almost a week later. no pay, i have been in custody of a 90,000 truck. watching it. responsible for it. no messages back on the quall comm, no phone calls, and no emails. i sent a email to HR asking to go back on my runs or be laid off.

Must likely I will be in jail or getting shot by a cop. I have my values and I should be paid for watching the truck. I am more then happy to bring a load to the terminal and drop the truck off for a fee and if i get layover for 7 days and counting. I will no longer in life be taking advantage of. I ask that others do as I and be a strong Individual. write dot, fmcsr, and congressman and senators.

By myself I am weak and most likely nuts. United we will be heard. we will be feared. these companys, this government should be afraid of us not the other way around.
