Ordered samples for cabinets via credit card in November of 2013, didn't receive shipping notice or conformation but they did bill my charge card, after 60 days I tried to e-mail 5 times and called toll free number over a dozen times and never got an answer or response, it has been over 15 months and still no product or response. Complete ripoff, these guys need to be in jail. By the time you get robbed, it's too late to challenge it with the card company. Crooks, stay away from this company.
