Callahan & Associates Call me threatening to seize my bank accounts and issue an arrest warrent. San Jose California

lI received another call from Calahan & Associates this morning stating their was a claim on file against me.  I spoke to Aaron who hung up on me when I suggested this was a bogus claim, that I had attemped to email them information to a nonexistent email that was given to me in order to show proof of payment to Cash Central for a 2008 small loan. This is a small $300 loan that my neice obtained years ago and used me as a co-signer.  I ended up having to pay of this loan and I have proof.  I kept proof because this is not the first company to try to recoup money from me on this same loan.  Every couple of years, a different company contacts me.  There is nothing on my credit repot regarding this loan because it no longer exists.  

I was so annoyed, I called back and spoke with a young lady (don't remember her name) she was more professional, but stated my bank accounts would be seized along with my tax returns and they would contact my employer; that if I had any further discussion or proof this claim was paid or does not exist, I could wait and provide that information to the judge.  I have blocked the 800-268-0307 number they used this morning along with the 800-270-9061 and 951-387-3966 numbers they used last week.

I have attached a letter from yet another company, which shows this has been paid in full.  I tried emailing this information to Callahan & Associates, but the email they game me was not existend.
