Calvary Portfolio Services, LLC rip off fraudulent credit reporting to Certergy Hawthorne New York

I wrote 2 bad check to Grand Victoria Casin in Illinois in 2001 and 2002. I have not been to that casino since. I filed bankruptcy in 2005 in which Calvary Portfolio Services, LLc was included on bankruptcy petition. Calvary waited until my bakruptcy was discharged to report these 2 checks to Certergy. In Octber 2006 I spoke to one of their representatives who stated the information would be corrected and I could start writing checks at other merchants. As of today 11/25/06 Calvary still has not removed the negative information and and their company even changed the date the check was written to 02/28/2006 even though I have not been to the Grand Victoria Casino since 2002. I wrote down the name of the person whom I spoke to, date of the call and everything.
